Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at  service@chloewigs.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Exchange Policy

Regarding exchange, steps 1-5 are the same as the Return Rule, but you need to tell us what wig you want to exchange. You will be charged $20 for the second shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

All order information can be freely changed or canceled within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing more than 12 hours, we will NOT be able to cancel;
