Return & Refund Policy

At Chloewigs, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & in Original Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Complete Set: The product must include all accessories, such as the USB charger and replacement sandpaper trays.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at service@chloewigs.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that are returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned beyond the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at service@chloewigs.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to process.
